Remote Support
You will require an internet connected PC. Our engineers are able to access your computer and evaluate settings. This is useful for configuration of 3D-eye office and solving PC conflicts. You will need to download the remote support utility. Once downloaded, double click on the icon and ring our office so we can direct your request to the appropriate engineer.
On-site Support
Chargeable at £87.50 per hour (plus travel expenses @ 44p/mile).
