Moving from a traditional rear illuminated chart or a projector to our Vision Analysis System is effortless. With its 60 second setup and next generation charts you can be assured of easily offering your patients accurate and repeatable measures of acuity.
Comprehensive
As well as having all the expected optotypes such as Snellen, Sloan, Lea, ETDRS and many more, the VAS has unique tests that enable the practitioner to perform more activities than simply measure vision.
The Optimed Vision Analysis System also permits measurement of true contrast sensitivity and also colour vision. Furthermore, tests such as stereoacuity and fixation disparity are also available.
Chart Configuration
Setting-up working distances is very easy. Simply enter you working distance and the Vision Analysis System calibrates all the tests in the system. You can even reverse letters if you use a mirror.
There are also 10 acuity scales to choose from so if you want to suddenly change to logMAR units it’s simple to change.
