Offer limited to 1.498 KODAK Precise Lenses only. You must pay for one pair to get another pair free. Tints, glazing, anti-reflection coating charges apply to both pairs. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only one voucher per practice may be used. Lenses must be bought direct from the KODAK CleAR Lens Laboratory. Vouchers must be claimed and all orders placed by 31.12.2006. All orders not placed by this date will be deemed in-valid.
